Sales & Marketing Executive (Full-time)

E & G TRAINING is on the hunt for talented and enthusiastic individuals to lead our Sales/Marketing team. This role is a blend of Sales and Marketing where you’ll help shape and build both of them.

You'll spend about 60% of your time on sales activities (to both B2B and B2C customers) and 40% on driving marketing initiatives from conception to execution.

This role comes with significant growth potential. While you won’t have direct management responsibilities initially, as we expand, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own Sales and Marketing team.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Start Date: September 2024

  • Flexible working arrangement.

  • Salary ranges from 15,000,000 to 22,000,000 plus commissions and KPI bonus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales:

  • Work with the Director to establish B2C sales goals, strategies, and targets.

  • Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and trend identification.

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage B2C leads and implement sales strategies to convert them into paying customers, including building relationships, providing product information and consultation, closing sales, and offering ongoing support.

  • Identify opportunities, build and nurture relationships with B2B leads; support B2B sales activities.

  • Collaborate with the Director to optimize sales processes, sales scripts, and best practices.

  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales report.

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee marketing budget allocation and management.

  • Lead B2B and B2C marketing activities, including organizing online and offline promotional events and running ads on various platforms.

  • Boost E & G’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more through content creation, boosted posts, and audience engagement.

  • Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, videos, proposals, leaflets and promotional gifts.

  • Experience working in the training field is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with proven success in sales achievements and marketing projects.

  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.

  • Working understanding of the training industry in Vietnam, specifically in relation to English and Soft Skills training for adults.

  • Experience working in the training field is an advantage.

SKILLS

  • Project Management Basics (Time and Task Management, Budgeting, KPI, etc…)

  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal

  • Solid Vietnamese communication skills

  • Basic graphic design skills (being able to use Canva well is a HUGE bonus!)

  • Customer Success mindset

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Mail and Calendar, CRM

  • Photo/video creation and editing skills are a plus

  • Basic UI/UX experience on the Squarespace platform is an advantage!
