How it works
We believe in practicality, high engagement, and relevance as the three most important areas. Because of this, we prepare all of our training materials in-house specifically for Vietnamese learners and specifically for each training request.
We believe the traditional way of teaching and measuring progress is outdated. Too much focus is placed on theoretical, grammatical, and impractical measures that bear little application to actual daily work communications.
All of our English Training incorporates various Soft Skills into each lesson that are critical for employee to succeed in the workplace.
Our approach to training is not simply to go in, do the training, and leave. We view it as a partnership and build close relationships with all of our clients to maximize training effectiveness. We aim to get a deep understanding of the trainees’ work so that we can prepare and deliver our training in the best possible way.
Training methods
The right mix of progressive corrections and suggestions, interactive discussions/activities, limited in-book exercises, focused revisions, integrated soft skills, and practical application is the best way to level everyone up.
We strongly believe in and adopt the Scrum Framework in delivering our training courses. This allows maximum flexibility and adaptability syllabus and content-wise when delivering English Programs. We are the only provider in Vietnam to use this method.
